The dish combines minced chicken with aromatic spices and curry leaves in a fresh tomato sauce and is served with basmati rice seasoned with turmeric. Preparation

Add 400 ml of boiling water directly to the pouch. Close the pouch, stir thoroughly and allow the meal to rehydrate. Alternatively, the contents can be poured into a pot, cold water added, brought to a boil and then steeped.
