Return Policy

Right of Return
You have a 30-day right of return from receipt. The item must be unused, in the same condition, and with original packaging.

How to return
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- Include the order number and state whether you wish for a refund, exchange, or complaint.
- Enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice.
- Keep the shipping receipt.
- Returns without delivery or cash on delivery are not accepted.

Return Costs
You pay the return shipping yourself, unless it is a fault or an approved complaint. For approved complaints, reasonable shipping costs will be refunded by agreement.

Refund
The amount will be credited to the payment card used for the purchase, if possible. If the entire order is returned, the original shipping may be refunded if the error lies with Bowgear.dk.

Exchange
Return the item and state which item or size you want instead. If a more expensive item is desired, it will be ordered as a new order after the return.

Complaint
Always contact Bowgear.dk before returning a defective item.

Rejection of Return
Used or damaged items that are not eligible for complaint will not be accepted for return. Costs for returning the item to you may be charged.
