1. General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at BowGear.dk. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. Payment is made upon order via the available payment methods.

3. Delivery
We strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. The delivery time will be stated when ordering. Shipment is made to the address you provided when ordering.

4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. You are responsible for the return costs.

5. Right to Complain
You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.

6. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable personal data legislation. Your information is only used to process your order and improve our service.
