AAE Bitz knob for precise vane placement

The AAE Bitz Knob is a precision upgrade for Bitzenburger fletching jigs, designed to ensure consistent and accurate fletching placement on arrows. The system provides highly precise vane-spacing and improved nock retention during fletching. The knob is designed with a special wedge system that presses the nock into the same position every time, resulting in more consistent arrows – whether you use target or hunting nocks. Additionally, the integrated set screw allows you to repair a single vane at a time without rotating the nock, making the work faster and more precise.

Application

Mounts on Bitzenburger fletching jigs as a replacement for the standard nock receiver. Used for precise mounting and repair of fletchings.
